Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in events operated by Ebrius Entertainment Ltd (Company No. 14674030), trading as Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket and attending any Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. General Terms

• 1.1 – These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl events, including regular crawls, late crawls, and private crawls.
• 1.2 – Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) as required by UK licensing laws. No ID, no entry — no exceptions.
• 1.3 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• 1.4 – Ebrius Entertainment Ltd is a company registered in England (Company No. 14674030).

2. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

• 2.1 – Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website (www.ebriusedinburghpubcrawl.co.uk), via our booking platform FareHarbour, or from authorised vendors including our partner hostels.
• 2.2 – Current ticket prices are: Regular Crawl — £15 Sunday–Thursday, £20 Friday & Saturday; Late Crawl — £10 every night. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• 2.3 – Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl cancels an event.
• 2.4 – Tickets are transferable to another date with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• 2.5 – No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Private Crawl Bookings

• 3.1 – Private crawls require a minimum of 5 fully paid participants to proceed.
• 3.2 – A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure a private crawl booking. The deposit is non-refundable unless Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl cancels the event.
• 3.3 – Cancellations of private crawls by the customer with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• 3.4 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl reserves the right to modify the route, venues, or schedule for private crawls due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Code of Conduct

• 4.1 – Participants are expected to drink responsibly and behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and venue employees at all times.
• 4.2 – Any participant displaying aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the event without refund.
• 4.3 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• 4.4 – Any damage caused by a participant to a venue or other individuals is the sole responsibility of that participant.

5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

• 5.1 – By purchasing a ticket and attending an Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl event, participants voluntarily acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with consuming alcohol, including but not limited to impaired judgement, reduced coordination, and potential adverse health effects.
• 5.2 – Participants assume full personal responsibility for their own safety, actions, and wellbeing throughout the event and afterwards.
• 5.3 – If a participant becomes too intoxicated or unwell, Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl staff may ask them to leave the event for their own safety and the safety of others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
• 5.4 – Participants should remain with the group at all times. Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl is not responsible for individuals who leave the crawl early or become separated from the group.
• 5.5 – Our pub crawls are not wheelchair accessible. Service animals are permitted.

6. Liability and Indemnity

• 6.1 – Ebrius Entertainment Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any event.
• 6.2 – By purchasing a ticket, participants agree that Ebrius Entertainment Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of their voluntary participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• 6.3 – Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ebrius Entertainment Ltd against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or behaviour during the event.
• 6.4 – Ebrius Entertainment Ltd holds full public liability insurance.

7. Photography, Filming & Image Consent

• 7.1 – By attending an Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl event, participants expressly consent to being photographed and/or filmed by Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl staff and guides.
• 7.2 – Participants agree that Ebrius Entertainment Ltd may use any photographs or video footage in which they appear for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and the official website, without further consent or compensation.
• 7.3 – If a participant does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must inform a staff member or guide at the very start of the event, before it commences.
• 7.4 – If you wish to request the removal of any photograph or video featuring you from our platforms after the event, please contact us at [email protected].
• 7.5 – Any personal data collected in connection with photography or filming will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Event Changes and Cancellations

• 8.1 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl reserves the right to modify the route, venues, or schedule without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including venue closures or capacity issues.
• 8.2 – In the event of cancellation by Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl, ticket holders will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
• 8.3 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl shall not be liable for cancellation or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closures, public safety concerns, or instructions from authorities.

9. Governing Law

• 9.1 – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
